Appliction Areas

MEGAFIX Tile Adhesive is a ready to use cement based tiles adhesive with special chemials to abtained non shrink , waterproof excellent adhersion property for fixing ceramic ind masaic tiles on floor and wall surfaces.

Instruction for use
  • Surface should be well cleaned to remove all loosely adhering partides,oil/grease etc.
  • Wet the surface 2-3 times before use.
  • Tiles shell be cleaned with brush/cloth but shall be dry while using.
  • Use approximately 380-400g/sq/ft for mixing.
  • Mix MEGA FIX Tile Adhesive to potable water slowly while mixing continuously to get smooth paste allow 5 minute interval and stir again.
  • Apply the paste on prepared surface with 3 mm approx. thickness and comb the surface with natched trowel.
  • Place tiles within 10 minutes of mixing and press firnly with twisting movements.
  • Uneven rough surface may require more than 3mm thick paste.
  • Use catton cloth to remove excess paste fram the surface.
  • Tile joints may be filled by EPOXY Grout Fillet.
